IMCS ASIA Pacific
- Coordination
Through periodic visits to the national movements’ groups, correspondence and communications, IMCS ASIA PACIFIC facilitates networking and strengthens the consolidation process undertaken by its constituency.
- Formation
Formation program at the national level, sub-regional and Asian Pacific levels for students, chaplains and full-timers are organized to supplement, systematize, and consolidate mutual learning experiences and deepening process among faith and commitment themselves.
- Publication and Documentation
Our publications provide information and stimulation to IMCS Asia Pacific members and friends. This includes the DRS (Document Reprint Service). Special Dossiers and the IMCS Asia Pacific Newsletter.
- International Solidarity
Witnessing to justice and participation in the process of integral human development with other social forces is a goal. IMCS Asia Pacific continues to initiate campaigns for international solidarity, especially to issues involving students directly or the Church, and urgent issues affecting the poor and oppressed people that need immediate attention.
- Extension work
Extension works, done through correspondence, visitations, and assistance in the formulation of national programs have been identified in Region where the presence of national movements is yet to be established.
- Representation and External Relations
IMCS Asia has been in solidarity with and participated in activities of our fraternal organizations and friends. This promotes collaboration and develops stronger bonds between IMCS Asia Pacific and the other movements and organizations especially the international Catholic Organizations (ICOs) and the United Nations.
